Tour Departures from September 2022

Welcome to the 2022 - 23 tour season and our new look, centrally located, pick up and drop off point in Auckland. We are relocating our offices to Central Park, Ellerslie, and with it a much more central location for our North Island tours to depart and arrive into.

Central Park on Great South Road, Ellerslie is close to the Southern and Southwestern Motorways, has an off road pick-up zone, and cafes available pre departure that offer a significant amount of convenience. Of course our South Island and Aotea Great Barrier airport departures don't change, our professional team will meet you on arrival and help check you in.

Facilities

There are two ‘central+kitchen’ cafes including toilets.  
Our meeting area is the Cafe situated at building 7 (Genesis) and next to the Loading Zone.
Please use the pedestrian crossing.

Check-in Time

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your departure. 
For the upcoming season that is 8.00am for an 8.30am departure.

Drop Off Point

There are two areas where passengers can be dropped off: 

• by building 8, with a Loading Zone and 60-minute parking area.
• by the Loading Zone areas next to building 7.  

Pick Up

At the end of the tour, please request your transport to use only Loading Zone and the 60-minute parking area by building 8.
 

Our sales team will have been in touch about your options for 2022/23 season:

• Our regular shuttle and transfer providers are still available to meet your needs
• Our staff will still be at the airport to meet you in either direction - with less wait time required by our clients

Our Auckland Airport departure location will remain the same - please make your way to Auckland Airport's Domestic Terminal where the MoaTours team will welcome you and assist your check-in.
Our Meeting Point is inside the terminal adjacent to the Air NZ Check in  - look for us in our MoaTours uniform.

We will also meet you on return at the end of your tour.
