These terms and conditions apply for all bookings made after 1 April 2021 and form part of our general booking terms and conditions.
We’re happy to provide the following assurances to book your MoaTour with confidence:
Changing Your Tour Date
If a tour departure is cancelled due to COVID-19, MoaTours will transfer your deposit free of charge to a future date of your choosing.
While the borders were closed we continued to operate our small group tours showing Kiwis the best parts of their own country. Over this time our guides and operation team have developed and honed industry leading COVID-19 safe travel procedures. We are "Covid Clean Approved" as per New Zealand government standards.

Full support while you’re on tour
While you're travelling with us our staff are fully available to help and support you in the event of any changes to travel regulations which could affect your tour or travel within New Zealand before or afterwards. This includes our Kiwi Guides, who are with you at all times on tour, and our office team who can help you with logistics or other arrangements related to your tour booking.
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase appropriate travel insurance.
Non COVID-19 Related Changes
If you need to cancel or change your booking for any non-COVID-19 related reason, our standard terms and conditions apply
